Customer service will not respond. I have a large credit and it seems that this website is no longer active. They are now using Amazon. I have no way to get my refund. Reporting to the BBB.
I purchased a sweater and returned per their policy. Waited several weeks before their approval of their return. I'm still waiting for my store credit. This exchange occurred in May/June. Will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. My suggestion is to not order anything from thus company. I have called, texted and emailed but no response!

SCAM ALERT! I've left several messages for them. They took my order on May 26. Today is July 27. They will not respond or send my order. I have no recourse. There is no way to contact them. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. JUST REFUND MY MONEY!

I made a large purchase in April 2024. I still have not received all my merchandise. I have emailed, called, messaged, online chat, and NO ONE RESPONDS! I have now reported to Better Business Bureau and will be filing a police report for fraud and online theft tomorrow so I can get my money back. Order #290811
I have purchased a few items and not had any problem when I've had to make a return, until now. I requested a return authorization and promptly received an email saying the return was approved. I was advised that an email with return instructions, That was on 4/22. I have yet to see the instruction email. I have emailed customer service 3 times, with no response, tried an online chat and no one responded and left a voicemail with no return call. Very disappointing.
However, when you sell/offer curvy or plus size clothing, you might want to consider having someone who is curvy/plus sized to model them.
Otherwise, I like this store.

I stumbled onto this site and after I clicked on the link just thought there were so many cute things but hadn’t purchased anything. I’m very cautious with online ordering at first. They had a sale so I picked up some it’s and can I say “wow”, super impressed with the clothing. Absolutely loved what I got. Sizes were pretty TTS. Recommend 10/10
I am so impressed with this company! I am a first time customer and have ordered two items this month. My first order was SUPER fast and my second order was taking a bit longer. I decided to email the company to ask, quick response back let me know my order was on a ship late and I wouldn't have it in time for my up coming trip. I missed that when I ordered and was so bummed!! I did sign up for tracking texts and received one saying, it would be here two days after I left for my trip. Then I got another one that it would be here the day I was leaving. Happy Dance!! My item arrived in time ... I LOVE my sweatshirt. So comfy, soft and great material. I will definitely be a long time customer and tell everyone about this great company... Thank you

Love my Good Girl sweatshirt. Very soft and comfy. The fit is boxy, so there's lots of room. I ordered up one size and should have ordered regular size.
These jeans have a nice braided trim along the side leg. I really like jeans like this that are a bit different and still comfy and stylish. Bring more embellished denim our way!
I have purchased several blouses and have like all of them. Had to return one blouse for a smaller size had no problem with the return. The clothes are quality and are very pretty.

I had been eyeing 4 sweaters for a couple of months. Waited for a sale and bought them. I couldn't wait to open my box. They came in and 3 were too large. Customer service is replacing them with the next smaller size and even emailed me a shipping label! I can't wait for my new box to come in!
